What exactly do you do?
Most simply put: we turn design mock-ups into standard compliant HTML and CSS code.
Can you create custom themes?
Yes, we can do Wordpress, Magento and probably any other templates or themes you can think of. Contact us for a custom quote.
What about email templates?
We can make the HTML compatible with email clients and advise you on haw you can be sure your subscribers receive and view the email correctly.
File formats
What design files can we send?
For best performance you should send layerd PSD or PNG files. AI, PDF, JPEG or single layer PNG files can work but there are no guarantees.
How do I upload the files?
Archive your file or files to ZIP format and use the project submit form. If the files are too many or too large and the archive exceeds 20Mb pleas upload to a server or a file sharing service and send us the URL
What about text?
Body text should be in a web safe font. If you use any special fonts for your headings the best option is to send the fonts along too.
Time and money
Do I have to pay up front?
First time clients have to pay the entire quote up front. By using PayPal you have the guarantee that you can get a full refund in two weeks if you are not satisfied with our service.
Do you really get the work done in 3 days?
We get most projects done in 3 days. If your project is very large or it requires more advanced features (like Wordpress themes) it can take more but we’ll tell you exactly when it will be ready.
When do I get my money back?
If we don’t deliver on time you will get to keep the files and get a full refund. If you are unhappy with our work you will also get a full refund, no questions asked, but you can not use any of the work we’ve done.
