So, how does this work?
1 – Submit your project
We prefer PSD and PNG design files but we’ll accept other formats as well (AI, PDF). The best thing to do, even if you have just one file, is to upload a ZIP archive. If your total archive file size exceeds 20480Kb please upload the file to a server or to a file sharing service and send us the URL for download.
Make sure that text is editable in your files and that you send us any special (uncommon) fonts you might have used.
2 – We’ll review it
We’ll take a look at your request and see if we have any questions. Giving a good description of what you need when you submit your project will make this step much shorter (or completely unnecessary).
After all questions are answered we’ll give you a final quote and time estimate. The prices and delivery times you see on the order page are a very good baseline but sometimes complex projects require extra work and big projects with 10+ pages get special bulk discounts.
3 – We’ll slice it up
Now you can sit back and relax (or, better yet, focus on other projects) because this is where we take over.
We’ll work our magic to produce: valid, standards compliant code, search engine friendly semantic markup, full content and presentation separation, compatibility with all major modern browsers.
4 – Your coffee is served
After 3 days (or whatever deadline we set) we’ll send you a zip archive with all the project files (HTML, CSS, optimized images). All code is thoroughly commented and easy to use but, in case you have any questions, technical support is free for 7 days.
If we don’t deliver on time you will get to keep the files and get a full refund. If you are unhappy with our work you will also get a full refund, no questions asked, but you can not use any of the work we’ve done.
If you chose to get the files as a Wordpress theme you will get full instructions for the administration area an we can install the theme for you. If you request it we can even install Wordpress for you.
